Lisbon
Lisbon is Portugal’s hilly, coastal capital city. From imposing São Jorge Castle, the view encompasses the old city’s pastel-colored buildings, Tagus Estuary and Ponte 25 de Abril suspension bridge. Nearby, the National Azulejo Museum displays 5 centuries of decorative ceramic tiles.
Just three and one half hours south of Braga, Lisbon is Portugal’s main international gateway, offering direct flights from many global cities. It’s the perfect place to spend a day or two exploring before making your way north.


Porto
Porto is a coastal city in northwest Portugal known for its stately bridges and port wine production. In the medieval Ribeira (riverside) district, narrow cobbled streets wind past merchants’ houses and cafes. São Francisco Church is known for its lavish baroque interior with ornate gilded carvings.
Just a short forty five-minute drive from Braga, Porto is a fantastic place to stay during your time in Portugal. With its vibrant food scene, charming shops, and rich cultural landmarks, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and exploration.
Braga
Braga is a city in the far north of Portugal, northeast of Porto. It’s known for its religious heritage and events. To the east, Bom Jesus do Monte complex has a neoclassical church atop an elaborate 17-flight stairway. In the city center, medieval Braga Cathedral is home to a sacred art museum and the Gothic-style Kings' Chapel. Nearby, the imposing Archbishop’s Palace overlooks Santa Barbara Garden.
Located just fifteen-minutes from each venue, Braga offers a more relaxed atmosphere, along with incredible food, local shopping, and rich cultural experiences.
